- Deposits are non-refundable
- Full payment may be required before scheduling
- Campaign dates are not reserved until payment is confirmed

- Approved
- Scheduled
- Prepared
- Designed
- Drafted
- Published
- Partially delivered
- Fully delivered
- Added to the Website
- Reserved on the content calendar
This is because time, planning, schedule space, creative preparation, and promotional value may already be committed.

If a brand cancels after approval or payment, the payment is generally non-refundable.
At our discretion, we may offer:
- Rescheduling
- Website credit
- Future campaign credit

- Alternative deliverable
Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Rescheduling
A campaign may be rescheduled if both sides agree.
Rescheduling depends on availability, campaign type, timing, and whether work has already started.
Repeated delays by the brand may result in cancellation without refund.
6. Failure to Provide Materials
If a brand fails to provide required materials on time, including logos, photos, captions, links, product details, or campaign instructions, the campaign may be delayed or canceled.
Payments remain non-refundable if the delay is caused by missing or late brand materials.
7. Revisions and Changes
Reasonable minor corrections may be allowed before publication.
Major changes may require additional fees, including changes to:
- Campaign concept
- Brand message
- Photos
- Logos
- Captions
- Timeline
- Placement
- Deliverables
- Website sections
Once content is published, changes are not guaranteed.
8. Website Brand Features
If a brand is featured on the Website, the feature may include logo placement, photos, short description, links, or campaign mention.
Website placement does not guarantee traffic, clicks, leads, sales, or customer conversions.
Website features may be removed, updated, replaced, or archived after the agreed campaign period.
9. No Guaranteed Marketing Results
We do not guarantee:
- Sales
- Revenue
- Leads
- Website clicks
- Social media engagement
- Follower growth
- Customer purchases
- Brand awareness results
- Specific performance numbers
Marketing performance depends on audience behavior, platform algorithms, product quality, timing, offer strength, and many other factors.
10. Sponsored Content Disclosure
Sponsored, paid, gifted, affiliate, or partnership content may be disclosed where required by law, platform rules, or best practices.
Disclosures may include terms such as:
- Sponsored
- Paid partnership
- Advertisement
- Collaboration
- Gifted
- Partner feature
FTC guidance states that material connections between influencers and advertisers should be disclosed when they are not obvious to the audience.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, remove, or reject campaigns involving:
- Illegal products or services
- Misleading claims
- Offensive content
- Unsafe products
- Fraudulent businesses
- Inappropriate content
- Harmful or abusive messaging
- Any campaign that may damage reputation or audience trust
If a campaign is rejected before any work starts, a refund or cancellation may be considered at our discretion.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside reasonable control, including technical issues, platform outages, illness, emergencies, internet disruption, account restrictions, hosting issues, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.
In such cases, a reschedule or alternative delivery may be offered.
13. Final Approval
A campaign is considered approved when the brand confirms the campaign details by email, message, written approval, payment, or other clear confirmation.
